Ashley is a native El Pasoan and co-founding attorney at Spencer Trial Attorneys, P.C. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at El Paso and worked as a Certified Clinical Laboratory Scientist with The Hospitals of Providence before pursuing a legal career.

She earned her J.D. from Thurgood Marshall School of Law in 2017, graduating summa cum laude after completing the program in approximately two and a half years, and became licensed to practice law in Texas in 2018.

Ashley assists individuals and families with estate planning, probate, and guardianship matters. Outside of her legal career, she enjoys spending time with family, staying active, and making time for the people and experiences that matter most to her.
