Carlos brings more than 20 years of operations and leadership experience to Spencer Trial Attorneys, P.C. As Legal Operations Manager, he helps strengthen the systems, processes, and performance standards that support the firm’s attorneys, staff, and clients.

Working closely with firm leadership, Carlos oversees initiatives involving key performance indicators, budgeting, revenue planning, workflow improvement, intake, technology, and operational reporting. His focus is on creating greater consistency, accountability, and efficiency across the firm while helping deliver an organized and responsive client experience.

A Lean Master Black Belt, Carlos brings extensive experience in data-driven decision-making, process improvement, and operational excellence. He earned his BBA in Operations and Supply Chain Management from UTEP, continued his education in paralegal studies at El Paso Community College, and is a U.S. Army Reserve veteran.
