Hannah Modesto is a Personal Injury Case Manager at Spencer Trial Attorneys, P.C., where she has four years of experience assisting clients throughout the personal injury process. She began her legal career at the age of 17 as a legal assistant, gaining valuable hands-on experience and developing a strong foundation in case management and client service.
Hannah graduated summa cum laude from The University of Texas at El Paso in 2026 with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and a minor in Legal Reasoning. During her time at UTEP, she served as Financial Director and Vice President of the Chicano(a)x Pre-Law Society and completed UTEP’s Law School Preparation Institute.
Having personally witnessed the impact of a serious automobile accident on her family, Hannah is passionate about helping clients navigate the challenges that follow an injury and ensuring they feel informed, supported, and cared for throughout their case.
